On May 1, Frazer welcomed a select group of financial professionals, attorneys and tax specialists for an hour-long presentation and energetic Q&A session with two of NYC’s preeminent divorce attorneys, Peter Stambleck and Michael Mosberg. Following some opening remarks concerning the intersection of divorce and private wealth management, Frazer introduced the evening’s speakers, both of whom are partners with the firm Aronson, Mayefsky & Sloan, and have spent their careers representing high profile celebrities and executives in complex matrimonial disputes. Mr. Mosberg and Mr. Stambleck then provided a detailed overview of New York’s complex and continuously evolving divorce laws in addition to information concerning pre and post-nuptial agreements and estate planning considerations.
