By this point, there are already many eloquent obituaries that have been written about the recently deceased and truly gifted director/writer/actor Harold Ramis – so here, my hope is simply to offer a brief tribute in the way I’d imagine he’d most like to have been remembered: namely, through his work itself.

Obviously, it’s not easy to choose selections when you’re talking about the creator of Animal House, Caddyshack, Groundhog Day, Ghostbusters and Stripes (to cite just a handful of titles).
