My Training Regimen (i.e., what will soon be referred to globally as “The Frazer . . .â€)
- Fitness goal: Get to 5’11” 175 lbs
- Once per week Bikram yoga to improve flexibility, hip turn and follow-through and increase core power for iron play
- Daily leg, hamstring, abs and should stretching
- Endless hours of practice on a quality oriental carpet – no reason you can’t credibly claim to be “thinking” about work . . .
